Wedding Dress Preview - Train

 

The back of the skirt flowing into the train.

The under skirt is satin with a lace over skirt. 

The lace over skirt drapes a bit longer and wider than the under skirt and is edged with the lace's scallops and a row of pearls like the sleeves.

The sleeves from the wedding dress are in lace with  a high low style. 

The sleeves are edged with the lace's scalloped edges and trimmed in a row of pearls.  

Bridesmaid Preview

 

My mannequin is wearing the bridesmaid's dress for a preview of the finished look.

The renaissance style dress is made in a blue cruahed velvet with silver trim. 

Barbie in Blue

The fabric reflects my niece's favorite colors blue and sparkle. 

Memory Lane

There are times in a girls life when memories resurface and people are missed.  Most of the individuals in the picture have moved to a heavenly residence, but the memories linger.

This picture is a throwback to the 90's and the first wedding dress I ever designed and constructed.


The dress features leg-o-mutton sleeves made of lace with pearl and sequin embellishment.
The under skirt has three rows of lace ruffles near the hemline. And the over skirt is draped to expose the underskirt. 

The down the length of the back of the dress and edging the train is lace applique attached with pearls and sequin.
