The pattern is #Simplicity pattern #1086 a #KeepersDollyDuds design. Instead of the contrasting colors for the bodice and the top, this dress is the same fabric for the entire dress with a red band at the yoke seam.
Samantha has accessorized with a red hair ribbon, pink shoes and a pearl necklace.
